Up for sale is St Kilda’s Dogs Bar, a wine bar that will be offered as a whole property along with eight apartments located above the venue.
The St Kilda Apartments at Hotel Colombo and Dogs Bar are fully leased to an operator and are currently returning an income of approximately $346,000 per annum.
CB Richard Ellis is looking after the sale of the St Kilda icon, which has future development potential, subject to council approval, and built-in growth.
The property will be sold by auction on-site at 54 Acland St, St Kilda on September 12.
