Brown-Forman next at Ambassador Sessions

Round two of the new ‘Ambassador Sessions’ kicks off next Monday (July 5), with Brown-Forman to host the popular industry event.

Held monthly at Sydney’s Eau de Vie, the evening involves a brand ambassador from major liquor companies stepping behind the bar to mix up some cocktails which showcase their brands.

Next Monday’s session will see 2005 ALIA Bartender of the Year and Brown-Forman ambassador Shae Silvestro as host.

Originally from Victoria, Silvestro has worked at many of Melbourne’s top bars, including Der Raum and Seamstress, before joining Brown-Forman as
NSW brand ambassador in 2008.

Cocktails on the evening will include those made from Herradura tequila, Woodford Reserve bourbon and Finlandia vodka.

The following night (Tuesday July 6) will also see Eau de Vie host heat two of the NSW Behind Bars Trivia competition, with the Galley Room in Melbourne hosting Victoria’s second heat, and Press Club in Brisbane hosting Queensland’s.
