Votes are coming in from all sides of the trade for this year’s Australian Liquor Industry Awards (ALIA), with only two weeks to go until voting closes on August 31.
ALIA 2010 will be bigger than ever this year, with new on and off-premise awards, an exciting new venue at Luna Park’s Big Top and a spectacular line up of entertainment.
This year we also have three fantastic co-hosts for the evening - TorchMedia, Coca-Cola Amatil (CCA) and Intrust Super.
The race to the winner’s platform at ALIA will start in Jim Beam Pit Lane, with Beam Global Australia confirming that Jim Beam Racing will be on hand for pre-drinks at ALIA to get things off to a racing start.
We can also now announce that networking opportunities at ALIA will be better than ever following the news that Carlton & United Breweries (CUB) will host a concept bar that will open during the scheduled networking breaks during the awards ceremony.
The renowned ALIA after-party will be held at stunning venue Cruise Bar, with after-party sponsors, Patron, providing a Patron margarita on arrival and top DJs to keep the tunes playing well into the night.
The ‘Carnival’ theme is inspiring some cracking costume ideas and is also allowing for some incredible entertainment on the night.
ALIA will be held on Wednesday, October 20, at the Big Top, Luna Park, Sydney, in a fun-filled awards ceremony hosted by Larry Emdur.
