The two-day Hospitality and Gaming Australasia (HGA) expo and conference finished yesterday (Mar 17) after a busy few days for exhibitors and visitors alike.
Staged at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre, about 150 exhibitors showcased their products and latest innovations.
The expo featured exhibitors from a range of hospitality industries, including gaming, liquor, food, catering equipment, insurance, finance, merchant services, and construction and design.
Exhibitors told TheShout that the Wednesday morning period was the busiest of the two days, but a steady stream of people enjoyed the variety of attractions on the Thursday as well.
The show provided excellent networking opportunities for the Queensland club and pub industries, which have experienced a particularly tough few months recently after the devastating floods and Cyclone Yasi.
