Today (June 1) sees the conclusion of the two-day Clubs & Hotels Expo 2011 at Melbourne’s Exhibition Centre, which caters to all aspects of the liquor, hospitality and gaming industries.

Licensed venues, food retailers and clubs of all kind have been invited to attend displays by dozens of manufacturers and providers.

The event has been coupled with seminars and workshops by Tabcorp Gaming Solutions (TGS) and the Victorian Commission for Gambling Regulation (VCGR) focusing on the transition to the new gaming entitlement regulations that will come into effect in 2012.

TGS is taking the opportunity to launch a comprehensive suite of gaming advisory services designed to facilitate and assist the management of gaming entitlements for Victorian venues.

"We had around 200 people for each of the sessions on Tuesday," TGS GM Steven Wooding told TheShout

"We had a range of excellent speakers and some really good feedback from both signed-up and undecided venues."

The Expo is located in Melbourne's CBD and is set to attract thousands of guests from around the country.
