J&A Wines are set to enter the vodka market with a fortified wine that blurs the line between spirits and wine.
Divas Vodkat is made from grapes, allowing it to be priced as a fortified wine, yet showing more of the characteristics of vodka.
“Divas Vodkat is a ‘soft vodka’ that is smooth in taste and versatile in use. Inspired by the lack of good quality Vodka at resonable prices, we are proud to announce our team has developed Divas Vodkat using the latest technology available,” said a spokesperson for J&A Wines.
“Made purely from wine and grapes, using the latest wine making technology (patent applied) allows this unique product to be priced as fortified wine allowing exceptional margin for retailers, yet delivering sensational value for money for the consumers.
"But it is the taste and quality we are certain that will bring many repeat customers.”
Divas Vodkat has an RRP of $11.99 and is distributed by J&A Wines.
