Solotel has appointed three new Marketing Managers, who will work with Dan Lacaze, the recently-appointed Marketing Director across the group’s 30-venue portfolio.

The group has also split its portfolio into three channels – Signature Dining, Creative Culture and Community Cornerstones – to reflect the communities, audiences and tribes that they serve.

Lisa Rooney, who has worked in marketing in London for over 10 years, joins Solotel as the Marketing Manager – Signature Dining. This group includes Matt Moran restaurants Aria, Chiswick, Chiswick at the Gallery and the group’s new venture planned for Barangaroo. It also includes North Bondi Fish, Chophouse, Opera Bar, Paddo Inn and Riverbar & Kitchen in Brisbane.

Danni Bluston has also worked in venue marketing in the UK and has been appointed to lead the Creative Culture group, with a focus on entertainment, brand collaborations and youth culture. This includes Goros, Kings Cross Hotel, The Bank, The Courthouse, The Erko, Public House Petersham, Darlo Bar, The Green Park, and recently acquired Hotel Marlborough in Newtown which houses Miss Peaches and Tokyo Sing Song.

Joining from the BMF agency, where she was the lead Account Director for Aldi, Hayley Basham is the Marketing Manager for the Community Cornerstone venues. These include iconic bars and pubs such as The Sheaf, The Albion, The Clock, The Regent, The Chelsea, The Bridgeview, The Sackville Pub & Grill, Quay Bar, Edinburgh Castle and recently acquired Clovelly Hotel.

Lacaze joined Solotel last month and has welcomed the new additions to the Solotel marketing team.

“I’m so thrilled to have this team in place to lead the next phase of our growth. We have an unrivalled portfolio of diverse venues, and Hayley, Danni and Lisa have a wonderfully diverse skill set to match,” he said.
