The team at Archie Rose is expanding with two newly created roles, as Rachelle ‘Rocky’ Hair joins the team as Creative Drinks Manager and Brand Ambassador, Nick Baxter, moves to the national role of Brand Advocacy Manager.

Internationally acclaimed bartender Hair has recently returned to Australia having spent three years in Los Angeles, London and Lebanon. She joins Archie Rose in the newly formed role of Drinks Creative Manager, bringing her keen eye for international trends to the 1000 plus events Archie Rose will roll out around the country this year.

Baxter joined the Archie Rose team in 2016 and his promotion to the new, role of Brand Advocacy Manager will see him move to Sydney to lead the local and international Brand Ambassador team. This will include a doubling of the team to include new recruits covering the VIC/TAS plus WA/SA markets alongside Lachie Beange in NSW/ACT and Phil Gandevia in QLD/NT ahead of international rollout next year.

“We’re pumped about these new appointments,” says Archie Rose founder Will Edwards. “With whisky now launched as part of our core range of spirits we’re super stoked to have Rocky return following four years working for some of the world’s best venues and to have Nick now also move to Sydney to lead our brand ambassadors as we continue to roll out Australia’s most innovative spirits, drinks and spirits experiences.”

The Archie Rose team now numbers over 50 full and part time staff, spanning five teams including Production, Operations, Hospitality and Events, Sales, and Marketing.
