The Buena has appointed Tilley & Wills Hotels as its new management body and revealed it plans to rename Bistro Moncur. This after Public House Management Group recently exited the Sydney venue.

The Fallon brothers and Tilley & Wills Hotels will revise The Buena’s current offering in the coming months making slight tweaks to improve the customer experience, which will include renaming Bistro Moncur.

“We’re thrilled to be working with The Buena, which I know is a favourite for many Mosman residents and Sydneysiders alike,” says Nick Wills, CEO of Tilley & Wills Hotels. “The Fallon brothers have a real gem on their hands, and we look forward to working with them on helping the venue reach its full potential.”

Tilley & Wills Hotels already manage two venues, Social at Verandah in Sydney’s CBD and North Sydney’s Greenwood Hotel.

The change in management comes after a three-year partnership between Public House Management Group (PHMG) and the Fallon brothers wrapped up earlier this week.

The Lower North Shore venue, which houses Bistro Moncur Mosman, Buena Bar and Vista Bar, confirmed the venue remains fully open for business, with head chef Jon Trouillet, floor and bar staff, food and drink menus and opening hours all remaining the same.
