They have devised specialised menus for each area. Handling drinks across the venue is ex Australian Bartender Of The Year (2011/12), Tim Philips.

The more relaxed North Side, which is now open, has a dedicated bar within the Sports Bar serving everyday pub classics at high tables, along with The Northside Lounge with lounge style seating and central fireplace. The bar extends to reach through the open doors leading to an outdoor terraces.

There’s a dedicated wood-fired oven, while the outdoor terrace will also be fired up with its own outdoor barbeque, known as The Northside Brisket Bar.

Due to open in December is the upscale South Side, divided by Wakefield’s Dining Restaurant, opening 3 December, and the European-influenced Mrs Goldsmith’s Wine Bar set to follow shortly after.

Also situated on the property is a drive-through bottle shop, and a gaming room set to open in early December. Still to come in early 2019 is a function space and private 24-room accommodation.
