Canberra’s Biggest-Ever Brewing Festival

The Canberra Craft Beer & Cider Festival will celebrate its 11th anniversary this year with its largest ever collection of beer and cider exhibitors along with a full day’s schedule of specialist workshops, live music, quality food stations and a great range of activities to keep the whole family entertained.

Held in the beautiful grounds of Canberra’s heritage Mercure Canberra in leafy Braddon, the Festival provides a memorable day for beer and cider enthusiasts – from beginners to budding craft brewers.

Over 200 beers and ciders will be available for tasting and Festivalgoers will be able to take part in

  • Beer/cider food matching session with well known Chuck Hahn,
  • An ‘Expression Session’ featuring three well known craft breweries discussing IPAs
  • ‘Meet the Brewer’ opportunities throughout the day.

Breweries attending will include the multi-award winning Sydney Brewery, Batlow Cider, Capital Brewery Co, Bentspoke Brewing, James Squire, Akasha Brewing, Stone Dog Meadery and some of the best local brewers including Bent Spoke Brewing Co and Kono’s Jerky.

Special accommodation/Festival packages are being offered by Mercure Canberra.
