The development of ivy, a multi-million dollar hospitality complex located in the Sydney CBD, is almost complete with Italian restaurant Uccello opening last week.

Located on the fourth level of building two at ivy, the 140 seat restaurant overlooks the soon to be opened ivy pool club, which will feature a 25-metre outdoor pool.

Chef Massimo Bianchi will head up the kitchen with traditional Italian fare like hand made fettuccine with organic chicken ragù on the menu.

Ivy is the brainchild of Merivale CEO Justin Hemmes and the completed venue will include 18 bars, nine restaurants, ten retail outlets, a 1000 person ballroom and a rooftop area with pool.
