The winner of the 2012 ALIA On-Premise Training Program of The Year, Mixxit, has rolled out the latest phase of their Mixxit Chronicles training program.

The latest Mixxit Chronicles takes an ‘uncensored’ look at Scotch and Irish whisk(e)y with the entertaining, educational and interactive approach Mixxit duo Jason Crawley and Dylan Howarth are renowned for.

"We have pulled out all the stops this year and there are some great surprises in store," said Crawley.

The new installment was launched two weeks ago at Melbourne’s 1806 bar, with a second session held at Adelaide’s La Boheme bar yesterday.

La Boheme will host a second session today at 1pm, and the next two sessions will be held in Sydney on May 21 and 22 at a venue yet to be determined. Anyone interested attending should email their rsvp to jason@mixxit.com.au

"Attendees will see the world's first celebrity mixologist 'James Ashley' have an academic lengthy debate behind the bar with America's first mixologist 'Osamus Willard'," say Crawley and Howarth.

"For the first time in history you will see the history of Scotch and Irish whisk(e)y unfold in unison all with the usual slapstick delivery and of course some decent drinks."
