Luke Redington, venue manager at Sydney bar Eau-De-Vie, won the Highland Duel Glenmorangie Cocktail Comp held as part of the Whisky Show in Sydney over the weekend.

Out of 12 finalists, Redington's 'Hit and Run' cocktail won top honours, and was served to Whisky Show attendees on Friday and Saturday (pictured).

The Glenmorangie bar at Whisky Show

Hit and Run:
40ml Glenmorangie
20ml rice milk, malt powder, truffled honey all heated to create a milk reduction
10ml apple and chestnut liqueur
 
The cocktail is stirred over ice and served neat with a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar over the top.
