Belvedere Vodka and Sydney’s Foveaux Bar have collaborated to launch personalised bartending for customers, a first in Australia.
The Belvedere Personalised Bartender Service will see Foveaux drink specialist, Julian Serna and co-mixologist Matthew Siely creating Belvedere cocktails for patrons in their seats.
“It is all about engaging guests with an interactive drinks experience, offering Belvedere cocktails created to their exact tastes,” said Serna.
Belvedere and Foveaux have together created a bespoke mobile cocktail trolley, driven by Serna and Siely, with guests able to order cocktails from the comfort of their seats and witness its creation.
Serna devised a specific cocktail menu for this service including the Polish Diva, the Belvedere Martini and the Royal Mule.
