Independent liquor group Thirsty Camel will introduce its V8 Racing Utes and the guys who drive and maintain them at a special event in Adelaide next week.

The event will be attended by team leader Craig Dontas, ‘grid girls’, the who’s who of Adelaide’s liquor and racing industries and feature a special performance by The Camelettes. Guests will also be treated to ‘cool fluids’, ‘pitstop food’ and free gift bags.

Thirsty Camel has been a sponsor of V8 Racing Utes since 2007, when CEO Garth Wisher identified a ‘personality’ fit between the banner brand and the motor sport.

“We are not exactly your normal bottle shop or liquor retailers,” he said. “We are probably the first place you visit as you head out for a good time, and the V8 Utes look like being a cracking good time.”

The event will take place at the Albion Hotel Garden Room in Kilburn on Friday week (Mar 13) from 4:30pm to 7:00pm.

Attendance is by invitation only. For enquiries call 08 8361 7211.
