A new French elderflower liqueur has been delivered to Australia, with the first bottle delivered last Monday (September 15) to new Sydney hotspot, Steel Bar and Grill.

At 10:30pm, James France of Vanguard Luxury Brands personally delivered the bottle to Steel’s Patrice Noble and Liam Butland.

St-Germain has been in demand in Australia since its debut overseas and we’re honoured and delighted to be bringing it to the Australian market,” said France.

St-Germain elderflower liqueur is crafted from handpicked elderflowers and is already available in bars across the US, UK and New Zealand.

St Germain is a welcome introduction to the Australian bar scene, as it brings with it a unique point of difference.
“Non-alcoholic elderflower cordials have long been a staple ingredient favoured by the industry’s best bartenders,” said France.

However at 20 per cent alcohol, St-Germain is unique in that it is the world’s only elderflower liqueur.”

St Germain was recently a winner of a Double Gold medal at the San Fransisco World Spirit Competition in 2007, a lauded honour.
