ILG has fine tuned its banner group offering with a more contemporary Super Cellars logo, as well as tightening up ‘The Little Bottler’ messaging to simply read ‘The Bottler’.

These, along with The Liquor Co-Op, Pubmart and Clubmart, are the right banner group mix for ILG members said ILG CEO Paul Esposito at the ILG Conference on the Gold Coast this week.

“We need to have strong brands, for example when people walk into a venue they look at taps and pick brands,” said Esposito. Super Cellars will have a more modern look with a colour change that more closely identifies with liquor. The new branding along with a number of store refurbs will be rolling out across the country over the coming months.

The ‘Little’ will be dropped from ‘The Little Bottler’ to simple read ‘The Bottler’. “This rebranding will also allow local stores to incorporate their suburb name into the signage. This gets back to the local family orientated businesses that make up the ILG membership,” said Esposito.

Esposito went on to say that Pubmart and Clubmart are here to stay. “Half our membership are hoteliers and we need to get a steering committee together to collectively get better prices for waste, power, glassware and the many goods and services that our members use.”

ILG members gathered at the Gold Coast this week for their annual AGM, their trade Expo as well as their national conference. Here are some images from the Expo as well as the conference.
