Carlton & United Breweries (CUB) is now taking applications for its prestigious graduate training programs, which offer opportunities for tomorrow’s future leaders.

A national sponsorship and advertising campaign will support the application process with three highly competitive programs including Global Management Trainee, Supply Management Trainee and Summer Internship.

The brewer pointed out that successful applicants will have the chance to leverage future opportunities with the global AB InBev family.

CUB Vice President of People – Australia and New Zealand, Madelyn Ring, said that the programs, particularly the Global Management Trainee will provide fast-track opportunities both in Australia and overseas.

“Successful applicants of the Global Management Trainee program attend global and zone inductions in both the US and China,” said Madelyn. “There they experience direct insight into operations and liaise with the most senior leaders in the organisation.

“CUB is a business that encourages leadership from day one, with the chance to leave a legacy,” said Ring. “From innovations such as Carlton Zero, CUB’s first non-alcoholic beer, to providing free canned water to disaster-affected Queenslanders , CUB asks graduates to look at what is possible and say ‘challenge accepted’.”

“We are looking for the next generation of graduates who are determined to dream big, empowered to lead change and ready for the chance to create impact.

“CUB will enhance and accelerate career progression and opportunity, and ensure our graduates are ready to meet the challenge of real-world projects with an early path to leadership.”

More information on the programs is available at the CUB Talent Programs website.
