The 2023 Australian Liquor Industry Awards (ALIA) take place at The Star Event Centre on Wednesday, 25 October and here’s everything you need to know about this premium industry celebration.

There are still some seats available, but this event sold out last year, so don’t delay head to the ALIA ticket website now and secure your spot.

ALIA celebrates the best brands, people, venues and products from Australia’s off-premise and on-premise industries. The finalists have already been named, the votes counted and audited and now we are ready to go.

The ticket price includes a three-course dinner, plenty of entertainment, networking opportunities and of course a wide variety of drinks. As well as an extensive drinks menu there will be six networking bars hosted by Bombay Sapphire, Espolòn Tequila, Distilled Spirits Council of the United States, Stone & Wood, Southtrade International and Vanguard Luxury Brands.

The event kicks off with the red-carpet arrival at 6pm, but there is a special Cheers! Spirits from the USA campaign sponsored by DISCUS pre-ALIA tasting at The Level 4 Bar and Foyer of The Star Grand Hotel. This event is an opportunity to be one of the first to sample a range of leading American distilled spirits from award-winning brands like Arizona Distilling, Baltimore Spirits Co and Du Nord. Each of the brands sampled will be looking to enter the Australian market in 2024.

You need to click here to register your interest in attending this exclusive tasting.

The official mixer at this year’s event is Fever-Tree and the after party is hosted by Fireball and Hard Fizz.

As always ALIA has a theme and this year’s theme is music icons, so if you want to swing your hips like Elvis, show us that you are the best like Tina Turner or stand up like the real Slim Shady, then book your ticket today.

The night celebrates all aspects of Australia’s liquor industry, off-premise, on-premise, beer, wine, and spirits: the people, brands, venues, and operators who their peers have recognised as the best over the last 12 months. Awards include New Product of the Year, Liquor Store of the Year, Bartender of the Year and Hotel of the Year as well as many others.

So don’t delay, single tickets are $325 and tables of 10 are $2900, plus GST and fees, secure your spot now.
