Bombay Sapphire is celebrating the success of its partnership with Australia’s oldest and most visited gallery, the National Gallery of Victoria (NGV) for its summer season of Friday Nights.

The Bombay Sapphire Gin Garden brought innovative and sensory experiences to the NGV for its iconic Friday Nights season, with more than 13,000 G&Ts served over the four month run.

Five variations of Bombay Sapphire’s signature Bombay Sapphire Twist cocktails were served during each of the Friday Night sessions and were created using refreshing combinations of summer fruits, including raspberries, lemons, oranges, and fresh herbs from the NGV Garden.

“The cocktails we served in the Bombay Sapphire Gin Garden were created using a variety of classic summer seasonal fruits to offer a refreshing take on the traditional G&T and serve as the perfect summer drink,” said Bombay Sapphire Brand Ambassador and mixologist, Peter Hollands.

Set against the stunning backdrop of the NGV Garden, the open-air bar offered guests a selection of refreshing Bombay Sapphire cocktails, alongside DJs delivering a selection of summer tunes and afterhours access to Escher X nendo I Between Two Worlds.
