Another hotel tenanted by Australian Leisure and Hospitality Group (ALH) has changed landlords, this time on the NSW central coast.

The freehold of the Iron Horse Inn has sold following a national electronic and print media campaign.

The hotel was marketed featuring the country’s largest publican entrenched in a lease secured for the next 23 years, with options for another thirty.

Pub broker, Ray White Hotels, told TheShout the Iron Horse was previously owned by ALG (Aussie Leisure Group), which favours ALH-leased venues and also hold the keys to the Cambridge Tavern in Fairfield, Sydney and Magnums in Airlie Beach.

The ALH landlord model has proven an attractive option, also practiced by the Andrew Wilkinson-led property trust, ALE Property Group, which has enjoyed an 11 per cent share price rise since March.
