The ALIA 2016 on-premise finalists

The on-premise finalists for the 2016 Australian Liquor Industry Awards have been announced and the winners will be named at the Australian liquor industry’s premier awards night on Wednesday, 12 October.

The awards recognise the individuals, teams, drinks and venues that go together to make Australia’s on-premise so incredibly vibrant. From Best Renovation through to Hotel of the Year and from Best Sports Venue to Best Food Menu, the ALIAs cover all aspects of the industry.

After the success of last year’s move to Royal Randwick, this year’s celebration of the last 12 months in the liquor industry will once again take place at the racecourse.

These finalists will now be sent to the judging panel of key industry identities and then the results will be audited by Deloitte. The off-premise finalists were revealed last week.
