Asahi Premium Beverages has issued a product recall for Vodka Cruiser Sunny Orange Passionfruit, sold in mixed 10-packs.

The recall refers to products packed from 9/10/2017 to 13/11/207 for the non-promotional pack and packed from 27/9/2017 to 30/10/2017 for the promotional packs.

This product is available for sale in all States and Territories.

The recall relates to incorrect labelling, which failed to identify added colour (102) as being in the product – it was not declared on the label.

The recall has been issued as any consumer who has a tartrazine (Colour 102) allergy or intolerance may have a reaction if they consumed this product. Consumers who have a tartrazine (colour 102) allergy or intolerance should not consume this product, instead they should return complete cartons to place of purchase for refund.

All flavours in the Vodka Cruiser Mixed 10-pack are safe for consumption for those who do not have an allergy or intolerance to Colour 102.

The Vodka Cruiser Sunny Orange Passionfruit 275mL bottles sold individually, in 4 packs and 24 packs are not affected by this recall.
