Bars and Clubs and other titles across the Food & Beverage Media portfolio are supporting a vaccinated industry so we can all get back to work.

A vaccinated industry means business and business means venues can once again welcomed patrons and we can all enjoy a freshly poured, icy cold beer, a delightful glass of chilled white wine or wonderfully created cocktail.

Managing Director of Food & Beverage Media, Paul Wootton said: “We’ve heard all the political leaders talking about the importance of increasing Australia’s vaccination rates. For lockdowns to end and for the country to be able to put lockdowns behind us, we need more people to get the jab.

“We want to see pubs and bars reopen, we want to be able to enjoy drinks with our friends in the local this summer and so of course all the Food & Beverage Media titles and teams support a vaccinated industry.”

The likes of the Australian Hotels Association and Restaurant & Catering Australia have said that venues should be able to reopen on a ‘no jab, no dine’ rule. Also the NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian has said she has asked NSW Health to look at low risk and safe ways vaccinated people can interact over the coming months.

So a vaccinated industry is crucial, and if it means hospitality staff can protect and serve patrons once again, that’s something everyone at Food & Beverage Media supports. So come everyone Get The Jab.
