Estrella Damm have appointed Craft Revolution to distribute the famous Spanish beer from June nationally. Barcelona brewed Estrella Damm will join the Craft Revolution portfolio at a time of major growth, joining Kona Brewing Co, recent addition Ballast Point Brewing and East 9th Brewing. The agreement will see the Estrella Damm range, including Inedit Damm and other Damm brands available nationally via the Craft Revolution distribution network. Products will be available via ALM, ILG, 100 Proof and other independent wholesaler networks. Craft Revolution will be targeting a reduction in wholesale list price as a part of the transition, opening on-premise and independent access to the brand.
Brewed in Barcelona Estrella Damm is fully imported. The famous lager is created using 100% natural ingredients having been brewed to the same recipe since 1876.
Estrella Damm is directly involved in this new phase of growth, building on their on the ground staff, doubling their workforce in the Australian market with Brand Ambassadors that among other functions specialise in brand education, tastings, customer support and customer staff training. Damm will keep hiring in Australia and New Zeland to expand the brand, and their team will work with Craft Revolution in Australia to build strong ties with customers by bringing the brand to life.

Over 140 years ago, young master brewer August Kuentzmann Damm emigrated from Alsace with his wife Melanie, fleeing the Franco-Prussian War. The journey took them to the Mediterranean coast where they settled down to make their dream come true: brewing beer. In 1876 they set up their own brewery and created a beer that was adapted to the Mediterranean climate.
Brewed in Barcelona, Estrella Damm is world renown for flavour born from the original recipe from 1876, the result of a combination of 100% natural ingredients: barley malt, hops and rice from the Ebro Delta to give the beer a refreshing palate. Working directly with local Mediterranean farmers to deliver 100% quality natural ingredients. We also use our unique yeast, that we have been using for 140 years, and a lot of patience, as it takes a minimum of three weeks to complete the fermentation and conditioning process.
In our relentless search for quality we have further darkened our brown bottle to provide 30% more protection against harmful light than the standard brown bottles, to ensure that you can enjoy the true Mediterranean taste of Estrella Damm.
