Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels has been appointed exclusively to offer for sale the Mermaid Beach Tavern, located on the Gold Coast by way of Tender. The 2,271 sqm (approximate) site provides excellent street exposure to pedestrian and vehicular traffic along the Gold Coast Highway.
