Lark Slainté (slon- jay; Gaelic = Cheers!) was developed by the Lark Distillery after strong demand for a unique Australian Whisky Liqueur.
Slainté is a marriage of mature single malt whisky, with a unique distilled spirit of herbs and spices, produced in our smaller copper pot still. They are carefully combined over time, to give the right complexity of character, spiciness and sweetness; whilst maintaining the overtones of the acclaimed, small batch Single Malt Whisky.
Colour: rich honey gold
Nose: initially reveals a delicate balance of spice, citrus and herbs; hints of smoky caramel and liquorice.
Taste: Pleasantly sweet but not over the top, fresh with herbal notes initially, leading into a rich malty middle palate.
