Foley Lane is the latest small bar to open its doors in Sydney’s Darlinghurst district, with a bright and sleek interior and a Spanish style food and drinks menu.

Owned by Julian Marchetto and Nathan Moses, it is located in an old, white art deco style building with an open plan design.

White walls and seating and a minimalistic yet chic fit out gives the bar a relaxed and understated look, which is matched by friendly and professional service and a casual atmosphere.

The wine list features a good selection of Australian and Spanish wines while the bar also offers nine signature cocktails, evenly spread across the different spirit categories, as well as seven Spanish beers, including Estrella on tap.

The food menu is centred on Spanish tapas dishes, prepared in an open kitchen that is run by Head Chef, Nelson Burgos, who previously worked at Mamacita in Melbourne and La Bodeguita del Medio in Sydney.
